Regional Joint Ventures

Earn and Learn was a proven WBL and employer engagement strategy implemented throughout the Bay Region. The project provided digital tools, including a highly customized CRM system, and professional development for colleges and K-12s to facilitate engagement with employers who provided WBL opportunities to increase equitable access to improve student outcomes. This R5 RJV expanded the project so additional Colleges, Regional Directors, and Learners had access to all of the tools and PD that E&L had developed.
