Regional Joint Ventures

Work-based learning for Biotechnology program students from 8 colleges followed technical lab and soft skills to generate “life sciences laboratory products” for education through hands-on activities in a structured environment that simulated a company’s manufacturing operations. Students were competitively prepared to interview at companies by demonstrating the required soft skills in addition to acquired technical skills and industry-approved skills badges.
