Regional Joint Ventures

This project built a community of practice to improve workforce development for the region. The project lead convened colleges to develop a work plan around college needs to address effective employer engagement in collaboration with stakeholders. The project developed collaborative partnerships across the region, targeted technical assistance to colleges and professional development. The outcomes were more integrated career services that improved job placement and work-based learning.
