With the launch of LAEP, it became clear months into program implementation that ongoing support would be needed due to program complexities and barriers. Wages for internships were a high priority for everyone, so success in implementation was needed to retain the current funding stream. Earn & Learn was positioned to offer advanced support in the following two years to ensure success.
