The California Workforce Development Board (CWDB) is offering $19 million through Round 2 of the High Road Construction Careers (HRCC) program and expects to make about 13 awards.
Eligibility is limited to existing HRCC regions. Community colleges and other partners interested in applying should first confirm that their local workforce development board is part of an HRCC region.
