Regional Joint Ventures

This Statewide Joint Venture provided Culinary Arts students at participating colleges with access to Rouxbe.com, a platform that gave students access to videos and online materials that Culinary Arts faculty had determined was an adequate substitute for lab-based instruction that was not possible at the time due to the pandemic. Three high school pilot programs joined the initiative to highlight dual-enrollment/pathway awareness: Monterey County USD, Monterey HS CTEP and S. Tahoe HS.
