The Bay Area Community College Consortium (BACCC) is pleased to announce that the application period for Regional Joint Ventures (RJV) is now open!
RJVs serve as the region’s primary mechanism for cross-college and cross-system collaboration. These ventures encourage investments that positively impact Strong Workforce Program (SWP) metrics and align with regional workforce development goals.
Key Details:
- Initial Draft Deadline: March 20, 2026
- Final Application Deadline: April 10, 2026.
- Submission Platform: Proposals must be submitted through the RJV Application Platform.
- Participation Requirement: Successful proposals require participation of at least four colleges.
- Review Process: Once submitted, applications are evaluated by the Regional Priorities Committee (RPC).
