May 2026, NOVA released a new “Edit” button in NOVA to streamline Strong Workforce Program fund management. Before, if you needed to make even minor changes, you had to decertify the plan, make the edits, submit the plan and go through the certification process again. Now both the work plan and the budget, up to 10% increase or decrease, can be edited without decertifying the project. Watch a walk through in the video below.
