The Bay Area’s allocation for R8 was $28,288,270. We had 59 applications requesting a total of $53,615,838. 34 applications with 81 partnering LEAs were awarded funds. We appreciate the time and effort of all the applicants and acknowledge difficult decisions had to be made.
Final Awards
The window of appeals closed (Dec 12, 2024) and appeals have been addressed. The Bay Area R8 K12 SWP Awards remain the same. Grantees will receive a notification of their award from NOVA to be followed by an email in early January with the next steps.
