Bob Fabien “BZ” Zinga is one of the most highly-regarded and recognized leaders in the cybersecurity industry and an action-oriented advocate of cyber workforce diversity. The story of his 20+ year accent to this level of achievement began not unlike many aspiring cybersecurity professionals today. BZ believes transferable skills, networking, and persistence are essential to overcome the challenges to starting a career in cybersecurity and career seekers must be aware of the many roles to consider when deciding which path to take.
