Too often, organizations roll out new technology after cutting staff, without equipping the remaining employees with the skills or support they need. The result? Expertise walks out the door, culture weakens, and the productivity gains never quite materialize.

The companies doing it right take a different approach:

• They train teams before AI adoption, not after.

• They equip managers to lead through change.

• They reskill the talent they already have—instead of starting from scratch.
